I try to buy from GOG over Steam when possible, but I like the assurance that I can always use my DualShock 4 on Steam. Can anyone confirm whether or not the GOG version of Mafia II supports the DualShock 4 natively?

Hello. It has full controller support it says. I also use DualShock however it simply does not work for me in this game. I think it says it supported however at the very beginning when the game actuall starts he looks skyward and when I try to aim with the right stick, he fires. I have yet to figure out how to fix this. It doesn't matter how many times i've tried the controlls editing, i've tried emulators like PGP, reWASD, antimicroe... Nothing. Notta. Kaput. I fully believe there is and hopefully someone has an answer as this is one of my most favorite games but I can't play it with K/M. So, i'm sorry but yes it doesn't appear to work. I'm sure it could just be me so if that's the case I eagerly await a fix!

I hear you. I love that game, it's one of my all time favorites and it was a great deal. I don't have a 360 controller and won't buy one just for this, I just wish it would work correctly.
