After I killed the Minotaur guy, and talked to the Dragon, on my way out, the door is closed in the little red room. How do I get it open?

You probably can't. It's supposed to stay open after you tell the girl to pull the right
skull in the Green Cave. Looks like you have to restore an earlier save (and you probably did, since this thread is rather old ;-)
