Are you launching ScummV separately from Lure of the Temptress? If so, then that is your problem right there. The game has already been packaged with software (either ScummV or DOS-Box ... I don't remember which at the moment) so that it runs from the get go. All you have to do is boot up the game, and the GOG launcher will do the rest of the work for you.
