I have the original disc with the Italian language, is it possible to change files and make the game in Italian?

Reading in the discussion for the German language switch, I read that using the HandBrake program, just select the H264 video codec and the AC3 audio codec mixed in MP4, and finally rename the extension to .CUT, it should all work for the best.
But it didn't work for me. Maybe something wrong? I've never used HandBrake. Who helps me? Thanks so much!
