The offline installers were not updated at all for the 0.91.23 version and so far the 0.91.23.1 is not available either.
Not all of us use Galaxy and so rely on the offline updates, it would be good if we could have timely access to them too. I'll contact GOG support to see why they are not updating the offline files they receive from the dev and will report back here.
EDIT: Support got back and apologised for the delay in uploading the installers but all updated now so good to go :)
