I've noticed that these two are not well suited as the Summoned spiders explode poisonous? clouds, off course my entire party and elemental allies are immune, but the drow are not...
This only ends in the Drow taking damage sometimes major from thier own attacks, would it not be better if the spiders did not do the attack in range of the Drow, and not at all if the enemy party is immune?
Either that or make the drow immune to spider poison or whatever it is thats causing the problem...
