ok look at the before and after images
when you disenchant an item [reguardless of works or fails] the inventory screen still shows it as being in your bag... again, do a sort to update the ui will fix things

I have the same thing though I find this only appears in the main group items box, going to character stats box deletes it entirely...
However created new items dont show icons in the main group items box (They are there but no icons) untill you go to the character box, then they will appear in the group box as well...

yes when you open the party screen instead it auto resets the ui updating your info... this is correct
