I mean, I have read about proplems with some keyboard layouts, are there any problems with laptop keyboards? Especially QWERTZ keyboards?

We haven´t tried a QWERTZ in our studio but our game is being sold very actively in Germany, and we haven´t received any reports of issues with that keyboard configuration.
It is possible to reconfigurate the keys in the Options of the game so that should also help.
Regarding your question of playing over a laptop... Well, it depends on the laptop, of course, but if the hardware matches with the minimum requirements, you should be good to go.
