It doesn't come with the game, but you can buy it from the composer. Search Bandcamp for Stéphane Picq Lost Eden.

Stéphane Picq just released a full remaster of the Lost Eden soundtrack on Bandcamp:

It includes several CD-i tracks that weren't on the original version of the soundtrack.
The non-remastered original is also available on Bandcamp, but on a different account. Note that he said on Facebook that he has no control at all over this other account; it's apparently managed by some company that's taking care of his licensing and sales. So he won't be posting any updates on that one, or responding to any messages.
