I've bought the Deluxe Edition. I can find the Guide and Bestiary, but no 'manual'

Is there one I should be seeing. The closest I can find is a posted one on the 'steam' forum

There is a folder called 'Manual' inside your game folder. It's basic, and it's meant to be.
