Hi everyone, is there a way to play Lords of the Fallen with a controller dualshock 4?

I started the game but in the options menu there isn't anything about controllers in general.

I checked the store page and controllers are supported.

Could it be a bug? or maybe I'm making some mistakes

thank you everyone for the help

Windows does not support PS4 controllers natively (only Xbox controllers). However, the work around (which I use for my PS4 controller) is to download a 3rd party software. The software you need is "DS4Windows". The latest version is 1.5.15. Download this software and install per the instructions. It tricks windows into thinking that you are using an Xbox controller. It works perfectly for me on all games including this one.

I asked that question because I was expecting a full support of the controller dualshock 4 because this game is a new release on the store.
Like the witcher 3 and others.
But maybe there isn't full support for that controller because is a game that doesn't have full support from the beginning.
No problem. I will use the software ds4windows like you said.
Thank you again

DS4Windows is ancient, it's no longer actively supported by the developer and hasn't been for a long time... the one you actually want is Input Mapper

https://inputmapper.com/

Same developer, but that is now what he works on as a replacement for DS4Windows, you should point people to that one if you're looking for a software solution

However, if you're looking for a hardware plug-n-play, no fuss, no software solution to get a DS4 (or Switch Pro Controller or PS3 Controller, etc.) to work in Windows with ANY game, then you should look into the 8BitDo dongle... worth every penny and then some
