I've had this problem twice now on my Windows 8 64-bit system:
After the intro in Loom, my browsers suddenly become inoperable. I can open the folders and browsers (firefox and chrome), and they appear on the taskbars as if they are open, but I can't maximise them anymore.
I have no idea how to solve this. I've tried to do a system restore, but to no avail.
Can anyone help?
EDIT:
I've fixed the problem by deleting the xulstore.json file in Mozilla, but I'd really like to play this game without my system going complete bonkers.
Some pro tips would be appreciated.
