The base game download is about 3gb. But the DLCs are all within a few megabytes.
How do they do this?!

I am just a bit confused. Are the DLCs short?

The DLCs are already included in the main game, the installer does nothing but unlock them.
They're nearly as long as the main game, altogether 3 - 4 hours if I remember correctly.
