Same, when I redeemed tengu it was fine but after I redeemed the fox mask it keeps on trying to update and says "installation failed disk access problem" everytime. I tried reinstalling and verifying but nothing works.

It's very strange. If i launch the game directly without gog, game works fine. Fox mask is on the game and works.

Ah yes, I tried that and the game opens and fox mask is also there. Maybe later they will fix this? Even on Steam and console the fox mask is causing people problems.

Did this happen to you as well? I managed to fix it but I had to uninstall GOG and that fixed it for me. I lost all of my progress but it was fine since it's a short game.

It did; I managed to bypass it by just downloading the installer from GOG's site. Galaxy automatically detected the installation and I was able to select which DLC to install after that. It would be nice to see an official fix but at least the workaround isn't too bad.
