Nope. It's not 'still missing'. It's 'missing again'.
I've been downloading Enhanced Edition couple of weeks ago and everything went perfectly fine.
Well, Standart Edition has a recent update. May be Enhanced Edition is currently is in the progress of update too.

Currently download links for the Enhanced Edition are online. Build 1165.
