I'm having an issue with the opening video playing at a very choppy rate. The "Adeline" logo screen plays fine, but the video after that is literally jumping after every frame.

I'm on Windows 7, 64 bit. Any settings I can change, and how would I do so, please?

Thanks!

Go into the game's directory (c:/program files/GOG.com/Little Big Adventure) and edit the dosboxLBA.conf file in notepad. Find where it says core=XXXX and make the following changes:

core=dynamic
cputype=auto
cycles=max
cycleup=5000
cycledown=5000
Absolutely brilliant; it's working fine now. Thank you so much for your help! :)
Thank you too, I had exactly the same problem, and it's working fine, now!
Another grateful and happy player here. Thanks a lot, works much better on my netbook now than before! :)
Worked for me, too!
Thanks a lot!

(Playing on Win7 64, Atom 330 ION Nettop)
Worked for me as well, cheers!
Had the same issue but not only with cinematics, the entire game was choppy and slow.
Gremmi's fix worked splendidly. Thanks!
It definitely helped, thanks! The videoes are still chopping, though. But no way as worse as before.
Cool, thanks duder! :)
Cheers Gremmi, I was having the same trouble and this has fixed it, no problem.
Thank you very much Gremmi!
Worked for me too after a very frustrating couple of days. Thanks! Meanwhile can anyone answer my new post on the 4:3 aspect ratio problem?
Nice one, Gremmi. I had the same problem, now it works a treat.
I won't let me save the changes
managed it now, but sound and dialogue are broken, but the gameplay is unaffected
