I imagine GOG included what they were given.
Why would they not include anything? What else are they going to do with it?

At the end of the day, they are providing the game, the rest is called Bonus content, thus it is a bonus to get any at all.

Be happy that you have a great classic game that runs on current operating systems and allows you to enjoy the game you spent countless hours playing years ago.
