When I try to open the game it launches in DosBox but all I can see is a green screen. The sound effects are playing and the game is running but nothing is rendering for some reason.

I tried running it in 640x480 and compatibility mode but nothing works.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Change the graphics mode. You can either do it through "Dosbox Configurator" shortcut, or if you're comfortable doing it, by editing the config file in a text editor.

Change the graphic mode from "surface" to "overlay" or "opengl". Or try one of the other ones to see which would work best.
