ZFR: I just got my car fixed and am on Desert Island. Is there anything more to the race track. When I talk to the guy there, he says "If you think you can follow me, go to the start line". But how do I actually start the race? If I start with him, we just go around, but no matter who finishes first he doesn't say anything.

I read somewhere that if you win, you get a clover.

Also, I read that if your car gets destroyed, he could sell you a new one for 50 kashes. How do you destro your car??

zeffyr: Place yourself on the starting grid, he'll start with you. Then, while racing, make sure not to cross the lines, as the race won't count. Try to win the race! :>

It takes several attempts to beat him, but it's possible.

About crashing the car - IDK, as far as I remember I haven't crashed it even once.

ZFR: Thanks! You just have to place yourself at the starting line on the left, not on the arrow.

The race is tough. It seems your object is not to go before him but to follow him. You have to start at just the right moment. Too soon and he'll say Lost. Too late, and you won't follow him.

It took me several attempts, but I finally got the clovers.

ZFR: And I found out how you can "lose" your car.

Use it to go up the rock where you can't get by foot, then dismount the car and jump of the cliff. The race guy will sell you it back for 50 kashes.
