Apparently I'm hitting a bug right after the cutscene that the mage clears the rain. The cutscene happens normally but the next thing I see the camera is positioned overlooking the bar and over the sewer. The game doesn't seem to crash as the music is still going on, I can hear the dog barking and it's still raining. I can also see the elephant in green rain-coat walking around. I can't input anything, just esc to take me to the menu.

I've already tried re-loading and re-doing the sequences again but I always hit this bug. I'm on windows 10.
