Like with Metro 2033, I like to play with the native tongue and having english subtitles. Rather than hearing some half-assed american voice actor.

Can this be done also with LBA 1 and 2?

Yep, just run Language.exe either from game directory or from start menu. Don't forget to run it as admin.
