Help! I actually really enjoy this game but do not want to start over... My problem lies this situation...

I was lurking around and i gained aggression from the goblin Kahn and he started to attack me, which i'm not upset about... im upset about the fact that he almost killed me so i ran out and accidentally created a quick save over my save. So i survived the encounter, BUT when i return he is gone and i cant complete the quest!? I killed everyone else there. Does anyone know how to enable spawn cheats so i can spawn him back or... any fix to this bug? is this even a known bug?

He is not important for progressing in the game tho, especially if you are still able to help the river spirit against him? Then you can get the +1 wisdom potion from her. In which case, weather he died or glitched out, it matters not.
