Hi, I am an Inquisitor and I just killed Aka Manah, but I didn't killed all Ogres from the last cave.
After I killed Aka, nothing happened, I can't teleport to Montalliou...
What I have to do?

There is an exit in the cave outside of the one with Aka Manah. You cant pass it without killing him though.
Just go out of the area where you killed him and walk up and you will find the exit, you know that its the right place when you see the blue light.

I have to get out from the Aka Manah Cave and to go where?

There is no teleport, you just have to walk out of that cave. There is only one entrance/exit. After you leave Aka Manah cave, just go up and to the left, there you exit the caves.
