I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem.
There's a merchant in the gate district who wants you go into his "basement" and rescue someone. Everything is fine until I get to a bridge with a bunch of archers. I dispatch one or two, and then as I'm heading to the next, the gears icon in the upper left corner pops up, my cursor turns to gears. The problem: nothing else happens. No one approaches and talks, or anything. The game doesn't freeze. The gears are moving, and I can even save the game (which I did hoping it would fix the problem...no it didn't)!
I think this could be an AI-based problem. In Arcanum, there's a similiar problem during the bank robbery in Shrouded Hills when I used turn-based combat. Everything freezes. I get past that with Arcanum by going into the settings and briefly changing the combat to real-time. But I can't do that with Lionheart!
Is there a workaround or fix? (Aside from reload and try again.) And is this a common thing in Lionheart?
