If I switch to smart inventory, it give me a message, that I can upgrade a spell. If I click, not now, I can choose which spell to upgrade. But how on earth I can upgrade spell from custom inventory? I can only upgrade shapes and auguments (or something that).

I figured it out. It says craft improvement spell. That means it craft new spell for me, which I can do it manually.
