The ScummVM commands work.

Right click the icon for the shortcut and select Properties. In the window that comes up will be an area labelled Target and an editable box next to it. Inside is the path name with the default being "C:\GOG Games\Leisure Suit Larry\ScummVM\" -c "C:\GOG Games\Leisure Suit Larry\Leisure Suit Larry 1 - VGA\" lsl1sci for the first game and similar for the others. You can put in ScummVM commands in by putting them in between the ini file and the game reference. So yusing Larry 1 as an example again and forcing windowed mode you would use the -F command (commands are case sensitive):

"C:\GOG Games\Leisure Suit Larry\ScummVM\" -c "C:\GOG Games\Leisure Suit Larry\Leisure Suit Larry 1 - VGA\" -F lsl1sci

A word of warning: The resulting window is pretty small and you cannot resize it. There are graphics filters you can apply as well (the same way. The ScummVM manual has the information there) which will work but you can only resize to 3x normal.
Thank you, but I'm afraid it doesn't help, lordlundar, as we are on a Mac. I hope someone knows how to run the Larry games on Mac in window mode…

¡Solved! Alt+ENTER will do the magic. What is a shame is that you have to do it each time you start a game, because it doesn't seem to remember your last settings…

I'm afraid ScummVM doesn't allow that… :(

Works perfectly for me too, can't thank you enough
What about for LSL7 it doesn't seem to do the trick...
Can i run Leisure Suit Larry 7 (Windows) version on a windowed mode, or can the support release the DOS version on GOG as well? I'm having weird glitches with the Windows version.
With the first LSL, launching the scummvm.exe file in the ScummVM folder helped me out. You can disable fullscreen mode and choose 3x Graphics mode in the Options menu. This way the window won't be so small.
I have just downloaded "Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude" Yester day.

I am unable to Change the Graphics settings, or the Resolution settings.

I am using a "ASUS Graphics Cards with ASUS Exclusive DirectCU Thermal Solution (HD7870-DC2-2GD5-V2)" Video card. I've been able to set up all of my other games with no issues on my 1280x720 display.

I also am using a Controller to play the majority of my games, is there a way to map the controls? It's hard to adjust to the way the controls are set up for the controller. It's annoying to say the least.

PLEASE help me out, I'm not willing to play the game if it means sacrificing video/Graphics quality, and Controls.
About LSL7 :

It would be nice to have the French (and other languages, of course) DOSBox version.

In order to play it in windowed mode.
