When Larry dresses up as Twiggy, he can only get one student psyched. All of the other students ignore him. Is this a glitch?

UPDATE: Never mind, I find out what I was doing wrong.

Safe assumption is Magna Cum Laude, given the subject line, which takes place at a school. Still, knowing what the solution was might be helpful to others.
