Is it possible to run Magna Cum Laude in a window and if so how do I set it to do so?

No just prefer being able to switch between more then one program at a time with ease.

I already solved this. Go to \GOG Games\Leisure Suit Larry- Magna Cum Laude and open Launcher.exe.
You probably want to use the borderless window mode.
