Hello.

I noticed that Leisure Suit Larry 7 has a neat feature in which you can put both your face and voice into the game. Voice is easy enough using Audacity, but for some reason I can't seem to get the face file to be correct and recognized by the game.

The instructions that came with the game said to save it at 325x325, 8-bit Windows format BMP. However, regardless of the program I use (Microsoft Paint, GIMP, Paint.net, IrFranview), the game refuses to acknowledge my file.

Considering if you take one of the bitmap wallpapers in the game's folder and try to use them as the face file, the same error occurs, I'm just wondering if the feature is broken on modern systems or something. I was just wondering if anyone new specifics as to why it won't recognize the file.

Keep forgetting to reply to this. You could convert the GOG install to the DOS version and run the DOS exe, Sier.exe, through DOSBox.
