It was about 20 years ago when I played vga remake and I was wondering if Larry Reloaded is exactly the same as VGA remake or it has any additional improvements or just graphics?

Reloaded adds a significant amount of content, including new puzzles, and solutions to old puzzles. There's at least one new woman for Larry to creep on. Other than that, the basic original plot is pretty much intact.

A buffet has been added to the casino, and there's a whole extra sequence involving a large aquatic creature.
