madglee: It's the only location in the game that appears as totally black with a big pink rectangle which I assume to be a door. I can access my inventory, even talk to some invisible person in the middle of the door, but I can't give him my access card I found. Even the narrator will talk and I can use my breath spray, etc. It's like they forgot to render the graphics for that one scene.

Has no one else encountered this issue? I can't progress any further because of this.
