A bit late to reply, but there's no dlc for lego batman 2. It's lego batman 3 (not released on gog) that has dlc.

How unfortunate, lucky I didn't waste my money on an incomplete version.

Apparently, you can use a mod and some tinkering to unlock those 10 DLC characters for the pc version.

Lego batman 2 dlc mod


Also, there's another version that installs both dlc and some extra characters that was planned but abandoned in the end.
