Hi,
If the game doesn't launch on Debian with the error "version `GLIBC_2.15' not found" you just have to delete the file /opt/GOG Games/Legend of Grimrock/game/lib/libvorbis.so.0 and it will work fine.
Make sure you have libvorbis (libvorbis0a package) installed on your system. The game will use this library instead of the game lib.
