The "Let's Play" videos are from people who were given press/review copies of the game.

Granted, there are probably leaked copies of that version floating around by now, but it isn't the full release one.

According to Steam here http://store.steampowered.com/app/251730/ The special promotion ends in 12 minutes so my guess is in 12mins? :D
