There are two sets of stairs down to Lvl 4. One is behind a secret door, the other is across 2 open pits. How do you close the pits?

Also, there is a door on lvl 3 that says feed me. How and what?

The set of stairs behind the secret door leads to quite a difficult and completely optional area. Personally I would recommend doing it but prepare to be hurt.

The pits I can't remember so I can't help you there.

As for the feed me door, again this is an optional door (If I'm remembering correctly) and I believe it was a gem you fed it.

One of the stairs goes into the green oozes zone, which is very hard to do, not sure if its possible to backtrack and do later.
Personally for now i skipped it (im at level 6 atm).
About the Feed me you need to have a gem from the green oozes zone.

I managed to make it through the ooze zone, but it took a lot of patience. And I had to use the draw-the-ooze-to-the-doorway-and-open-the-door-and-attack-then-close-the-door-and-heal method. It got the job done, though.

how do you find the secret door that leads to the oozes?
