The puzzle with the two transportation fields that rotate the hold in the ground. I have no idea what to do... Help?

There are two pressure plates near the teleporters that you need to activate. One closes the trapdoor. The next opens the grate.

Suiboon: go right from the pit in the middle, turn left and throw a rock
across the pit to the third square outside the rotating teleporters. The plate is hardly visible from the hallway outside the teleporters.
