I'm standing at the maze of madness in lvl 6. Tosee where every portal is taking me to I check my compass often. BUT.... If I am facing north and turn right, (East) my compass points left (West). Has anyone else notice this?

Well, it could be one of the puzzles to solve. ;)

No that is how all compasses work even in real life. The compass head always faces north so if you are facing north the compass will be point up. When you start going east the compass head is still facing north, again it always faces north, so in the direction you are walking the compass will be point to the left of the direction that you are facing (Which is north).

Just remember a compass always faces north.

Hahaha. Yeah, that's some pretty basic orienteering. "The compass points North."

I am a very disoriented person in real life. I have found my self driving in the opposite direction in unknown areas. It reminds me of the story of the guy who always got lost in the woods outside his ranch. And someone suggested him to buy a compass. So he did and next week he goes for a ride and as usual he gets lost. He pulls out his new compass and say: "OK... great... North is that way... now... where the f**** is the ranch"?
