How do you cure injuries in Legend Of Grimrock 2????

With healing potions or at crystals.
Avoid falling into holes, but get a rope ;-)

You should be able to use the rope to climb down instead of jumping though. Don't recall if you need to have the rope in hand, but I think you do.

Nah, just stand in front of a hole or cliff and right click on the rope and you're down without injuries.
