can someone tell me the keyboard sequence to get to the bracer of fortitude.

I can get to the button foreward / foreward / sidestep right / foreward / foreward / PRESS BUTTON / sidestep left / sidestep left / backward / backward / This is where I get lost for the next sequence of pits.

You can do it in two parts. First time press button, second time start from beginning. It's the same sequence like going to the other side of pits, just at the end instead of going forward, go backward.

edit: to make it easier, as far I remember, F/F/R/F/F/L/L/B/B/R/R/F/F/L/L/B/B/L then F/F/L or to get bracers B
