Does this game work with a wired Xbox 360 controller? will I need any other applications to get it to work? I loved this on Dreamcast and I want to play it again

apparently there is problems on controllers with Analogue sticks, this will sound crazy but, I have a 360 fightstick that works on PC, would that work?

Yes, it works but you must use xpadder and set the controls to keyboard in the game.
You could use a couple programs to get it to work - Xpadder, ControlMK, perhaps Pinnacle Game Profiler - but imo the stupid thing should work with the controller by default if it has the options for it. But yeah, for some reason, the control sticks are effed up. He runs constantly forward-and-right or forward-and-left. All the other inputs are detected just fine; just the controls sticks are effed up. It's really stupid. It would be nice to get a patch or something that could update it, because I find using third party apps to map keyboard functions to game controllers a bit of a pain in the butt.

:(

EDIT: Oh and to be clear, yeah, I'm using a 360 controller. Not a 360 flightstick like you specifically mentioned; a wired Xbox 360 controller. Works like a charm for most games that accept controller support.

I'm hoping this won't be a problem should the rest of the LOK games come to GOG. Well, if the first Blood Omen comes, it'll probably be there. But for Soul Reaver 2 or LOK: Defiance, I'm hoping they work with controllers right out of the gate. Without having to resort to MotionInJoy or something.

That most likely won't happen. The games are simply not compatible to the 360 controller, as they are way older and Microsoft was being somehow sloppy with the backwards-compatibility. The people behind GOG.com are most likely not able to clean up the mess in the game files.

You know, all they do is make sure that the games run on modern systems without the need to look for a hundred patches.

Anyway, I've already tried out Soul Reaver 2 & LoK: Defiance. Both had problems with the 360 controller. Had to set up Xpadder profiles for both of them. :(
