So I've been replaying this again, and this time I encountered an interesting glitch that I haven't seen before. While doing the block puzzle in Zephon's Cathedral to gain the health glyph peice I accidentally flipped one block on top of the other and with no way of getting it back down (the others were already placed in the walls) I left the puzzle for the time being.
I came back after getting the force projectile power and unlocking Rahab's warp gate a couple of days later to find that the puzzle had partially reset itself (see attached image). The new blocks had collision and I could flip the 'real' blocks onto them, but I wasn't able to grab onto them or Force-Projectile them due to their placement. I guess I'm lucky the 'real' blocks weren't in the middle of the room or I might not have been able to get them out and finish the puzzle.
So yeah, just one for the "Huh, I guess that's a thing" pile.
