I've created a gameplay profile for Soul Reaver using Pinnacle Gamepad Profiler.
It can be found here:

The game works with standard keyboard settings (i.e. the keyboard assignment you get when you click reset).
It's not playable just like on the PS1 when you use a XBox360 controller (or a clone).
