I've encountered 2 bugs. The first was at the end of Soul Reaver before the confrontation with Kain. You must shoot two blocks from their perch in order to match the symbol on the floor with the four blocks One block landed on top of another and glitched inside of it. I had saved my game and thus cannot progress unless I start over.

The second bug is Soul Reaver 2. During certain cutscenes the screen goes black and takes several seconds or more to return to the picture.

Soul reaver 2 is a mess in comparison to 1 in terms of attention given

I've encountered the same issue during my play-through.

There is a solid black-box around the sacrifices in the Air Forge.
These only show with the remastered graphics, guess an asset it missing or has the wrong texture.
