First time using GOG and saw this old classic but my mouse does not seem to work ingame and it makes the combat annoying, is this normal or is it a issue on my end?

No this is bascially a pc port of the playstation game and it has no mouse support. Keyboard or gamepad only

(and the gamepad part is a bit bugged and you need to use mapping software for that )


Right Ctrl and Num 0 will move the camera left and right. That's the only camera control you have.

This game was made before the free camera was completely common place in these types of games.

If you are using Numpad for movement, my advice would be to replace pan left and pan right to the keys to Num9 and Num7 (so that they are reversed). E and Q for WASD.
A very helpful thing with controling the camera is the thing that tapping a look 'around key' will set the cam behind Raziel's back - very helpful for 90 and 180 degree turns.
And you may also like Glyph menu on Num2 or X.
