It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

Just go to the Radeon GPU menu by right-clicking the mouse button and then adding the game profile manually using the add game section of the gaming section of the suite. Set the maximum FPS to 60 and you're good to go. The game crashes on newer PCs because the game was never designed to run above 60 FPS at all. This easy method will prevent your game from crashing every 5 minutes and will save you the hassle of downloading old files from obscure corners of the internet.
I've tested it on Blood Omen 2 and it should also work on most retro titles.
Excepting SR1 which already has hard limit of FPS = 30.
