I.e. did they give you (gog) permissions on this?

Oldgamesitalia community would be glad to provide that to GOG if Square Enix copyright issues are no more.

I wonder if the game will be relisted for sale again after this update. I own Blood Omen 1 and have been meaning to play this one next but unfortunately it cannot be purchased.

There was no blue dot for soul reaver.
Also no info if system requirements changed?

No info about system req changes. All we know about this patch is in post 9.

The greatest lie was never spoken. It's literally the same 60FPS/Widescreen fix by TOS from ages ago, which is not only vert-, making the camera too zoomed in, but the Reaver is also broken in the cutscenes. GOG\CD Projekt are true to their fraudster selves.

Look better - this WideScreen Fix from gog update for SR1 has the additional fix for the Health Spiral (circle, not ellipse), so it is copy of improved by myself WideScreen fix by TOS which is included into my mod for SR1. :tongue:

But 60 FPS fix in the gog update for SR1 is exactly the same as in TOS version. I.e. without support of monitor frequency of 59 Hz and with additional limitations for the whole fix even in the case of the monitor with 60 Hz. In this case they did not take the improved version of it from my mod. :steamfacepalm:

Whatever. It's still as pointless as all widescreen fixes for SR1 ever were. So long as the Reaver is broken in cutscenes and it's all vert-, you're better off playing in 4:3.

And 60 FPS messes up with the game mechanics, so it shouldn't even be included by default.
