I have finally managed to get this game to run and now theres another problem ,
when I encounter the first enemies who are sucking up souls theres a short
sort of cutscene focusing on them but it doesn't end and put me back into the characters view
its just stuck on them . Anyone had this problem and/or know how to fix it ?

I haven't heard of this bug before. I'm afraid that the only thing I can suggest is standard "run as administrator" and "add the game to DEP exception list". Sometimes such behaviour can be caused by antivirus software.
If none of these help you really should contact support.
