I´m in the silenced cathedral where you must hit the two bells in order to break the glass wall. I have playd this game before in PS, so I´m absolutely sure that´s what I´m supposed to do. Also every walkthrough says the same thing. Hit the bell near the crank, jump over to the other side and hit the second bell while you can still hear the first one´s echo.

No matter how fast I do this, I`n not able to be fast enough. Echo always stops right after I have landed on the other side. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have Windows 7, and I play Soul Reaver in compatibility mode for Windows XP (Service Pack 2). I used to have problems with gamepad and sound, but my boyfriend was able to fix them. Too bad he can´t fix this problem.

Now I was to able to do it. Echo had already stopped before I could hit the second bell, but luckily it broke the glass wall anyway. When I played this game on PS1, I could do this without any trouble I didn´t have to hurry at all. Maybe my current computer is too fast for this game?
