I just installed the LOL 3 and whenever I try to open it trough the launcher, this " lol3.dat stopped working" error msg appears.
I've tried to open it without using the launcher, just executing the main file and the game actually runs but it asks for me to introduce any of the LOL 3 cds (Which is a problem since the game its suposed to run without any cd)

I'm downloading the whole game again so I can know for sure its not a bad download related problem but I wanted to know if any of you guys have had the same problem and if so, how did you ppl managed to fix it

i never experienced such an issue, could you tell us what system you are playing on? like os, cpu, gpu etc. maybe we can go from there.

btw what launcher are you talking about? i cant remember that the game had something like that, you just start the shortcut / .exe and it fires up.

I'm using Windows vista, 32bits, dual core, etc... The game is suposed to run ok in this pc and it actually do, once I run the .exe, the game opens but inmediately asks for a CD and there is no way to keep going from that point.
Also, at the time I installed it, it showed this error: -See img-

same here... win 8.1 64 bit although error message logs that nvd3dum.dll is causing the problem - so my guess is that it has something to do with nglide...
