Searched the forum. Couldn't find anything or specific. How can LOL3 be started in Window Mode? Is it even possible?
Thanks in Advance!

The game uses the nGlide wrapper as default: I don't think nGlide permits windowed mode.
So your solutions essentially are:
- Keep the nGlide wrapper and add something like DxWnd to it.
- Use another Glide wrapper which allows windowed mode. dgVoodoo 2 for instance.
- Try to run the game using Direct3D instead of any Glide wrapper. I am not sure how you can switch to it (don't have the game installed right now): try to search for a config utility. According to some users DirectX makes the game's cutscenes not working, so be warned about possible issues: GOG probably chose nGlide over Direct3D to avoid possible issues.
